The lyrics that pops up in my head whenever the devil of anxiety raises up in my blood vessel shooting up the temperature of my heamoglobin content are 'A Freak like me needs infinity.Relax...Take your time...'!! I am going to be sensing the exothermic reaction of adrenaline & cortisol in my target center/adrenal glands which is released from the pituitary gland!The rush is good in a way to liberate extra energy...This actually arouses an interesting question in my mind,'If getting scared /nervous stimulates the flight/fight muscle,why do people say that performance is not high under the times of stress'?!Confusing trivia!!Getting stressed in a positive way is effective than spreading negative emotions around and deteriorating the situation..
